Easy Returns

Once the return request is generated we will process the return in 5-7 business days. Our return policy lasts 7 days. If  07 days have passed since your delivery , we offer you a full refund or exchange. We offer return  refund or exchanges only in damage product received by customer.

What is eligible for a return?

You may return your item purchased from bestbuyliving.com that is unused and in new condition.

Who charges the Shipping fees for returned products?

Our team will arrange for the return shipment for customers residing within India. For customers residing outside India, the customer will be responsible for shipping the product back to us.

How much time does it take to get refund?

Time line of refund : 7-10 Working Days . Our team will receive the returned product, perform a quality check, and initiate a refund within 48 hours after it has been approved. The refund will appear in your account between 3 and 5 working days after it has been initiated.

Can I get an exchange for the products purchased on bestbuyliving ?

Yes, Products purchased during sale/offer on our site will be eligible for an exchange. But remember Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
